Seat Chart Generator is operated by [Company Name] FZ-LLC (United Arab Emirates). We built it so that your guest list is none of our business, literally.

Your seating charts and guest lists

Everything you type, paste or import into the seating chart generator, including names, groups, meal choices, rules and layouts, is processed and stored only in your own browser (localStorage). It is never uploaded to our servers. PDFs are created on your device. Clearing your browser data deletes your charts.

Information we do receive

• Contact form: your name, email and message, used only to reply to you.
• Purchases: when you buy an Event Pass, the payment provider (for example Stripe or Paddle) processes your payment details. We receive only your email, the purchase and a licence status. We never see your card number.
• Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security, typically for up to 30 days.

Analytics and cookies

We use no advertising or tracking cookies. If we enable analytics, we use a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool that counts visits without identifying you.

Children and student data

Teachers can use the classroom tool without sending any student information to us, because rosters stay in the browser. The service is not directed at children under 13.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and UAE PDPL), you may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold, such as contact messages or purchase records. Email hello@seatchartgenerator.com.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
