These terms apply to Seat Chart Generator (the “Service”), operated by [Company Name] FZ-LLC, United Arab Emirates. By using the Service, you agree to them.

The Service

Seat Chart Generator is a browser-based tool for planning seating charts. It runs on your device, and you are responsible for keeping your own copies (for example, downloaded PDFs) of anything important. Because charts are stored in your browser, clearing browser data or switching devices may remove them.

Free plan

The free plan is provided as-is, with the limits shown on the pricing page. We may change free-plan limits in the future, but changes will not remove charts you have already made.

Event Pass

• The Event Pass costs $19 USD (plus any applicable taxes), paid once. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
• It unlocks premium features for 12 months from purchase, for the buyer’s personal or single-organisation use.
• Refunds: request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing hello@seatchartgenerator.com.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, and no automated scraping. You keep all rights to the content you create.

Disclaimer

Seating suggestions, table-capacity guidance and auto-seating results are planning aids. Please check final layouts with your venue, including fire-code capacity and accessibility requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
